RIO RANCHO, NM – KRQE News reports that a serious crash involving a motor scooter took place on NM-528 in Rio Rancho on Thursday morning.
The crash was reported shortly after 10:00 a.m. near Leon Grande Avenue SE. Officials shut down all northbound traffic on the highway following the accident. All lanes have since been reopened.
