ALBUQUERQUE, NM – One person died early Friday afternoon from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash in southeastern Albuquerque.
The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. near Gibson Boulevard Southeast and Girard Boulevard Southeast, which is at the southwest corner of Puerto Del Sol Golf Course.
Police haven’t shared any details about the cause of the crash. They say that a passenger from one of the vehicles died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Officials closed roads in the vicinity of the crash while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
