ARTESIA, NM – At least one person died died Wednesday from injuries sustained in a solo crash in northwest Artesia.
The incident occurred on North 26th Rural Street near West Compress Road. This is southwest of US-285.
Officials haven’t shared any details about the accident except to warn of road closures on 26th Street between Compress Road and the Artesia city limits while crews cleared the scene.
