ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A solo-vehicle crash killed a driver on San Mateo Boulevard NE and Ross Avenue Tuesday afternoon, KRQE reported.
A car was speeding and ended up crashing into a tree. The driver was killed at the scene, and the two passengers in the vehicle were hospitalized at UNM Hospital for minor injuries.
The Albuquerque Police Department speculates if drugs and alcohol played a role in the crash.
Police have not released the victims’ identities.
